Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

What is your return policy?

At Green Kitchen Company we believe in and stand behind the products we sell. In most instances, if you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we will refund your full purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges, if applicable. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. We reserve the right to have items returned. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders are sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact our customer service department: customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you did not receive the exact item(s) you expected or if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department: customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com

Do you offer exchanges?

We offer exchanges only for items that exhibit manufacturing defects. Please note this only applies to regular priced items. However, if your purchased item(s) deplay quality control issues or for any reason you did not receive the exact product you expected, please contact our customer service department: customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank checking account or credit card account again.
Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take more time before your refund is officially posted. There is often more processing time than expected before a refund is posted.
