What is your return policy?
We believe and stand behind the products we sell. Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability; every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we will give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com.


Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com.


What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you did not receive the exact item(s) you expected or if you have any other questions or concerns, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com.


Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you did not get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one. Please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
