Returns
We believe in the products we sell. If, within thirty (30) days of purchase, you are not happy with your item(s), you may return it (them), no questions asked. Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges for items that exhibit manufacturing defects. Please note this applies only to regular priced items. If your purchased item(s) display quality control issues or if for any reason you did not receive the exact product you expected, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com.

Refunds (if applicable)
If, within thirty days (30) days of purchase you are not happy with your item(s) please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com for a full refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service department at customerservice@greenkitchencompany.com.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded/exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged.
